The St. Luke's Cancer Center at St. Luke's Hospital - Miners Campus gives patients excellent care in a home-like setting. Our large, open treatment area includes reclining chemotherapy chairs, allows patients to interact and gain insights from others. We also offer semi-private and private treatment areas. Family and friends are welcome to join patients into all of the treatment areas.

At the St. Luke’s Miners campus, the surgeons of St. Luke’s Estes Surgical Associates provide comprehensive treatment for wide range of surgical disorders, including:

Elective / Same Day Surgery
Most non-urgent general surgery is done as an outpatient. This means the patient reports to the hospital, has the surgery and goes home all in the same day. Please see our frequently asked questions about elective surgery. If you have any additional questions, please contact your surgeon.

Diagnostic Testing

St. Luke's Miners Campus is an accredited Level IV Trauma Center and is the first hospital in Pennsylvania to receive this certification.

St. Luke's Miners Trauma and Emergency Department physicians will be able to treat certain trauma patients directly at the St. Luke's Miners Campus.

For more serious traumas, the St. Luke's Miners Hospital trauma team will be able to stabilize patients to prepare for safe transfer via ground or air transport to St. Luke's University Hospital – Bethlehem, a Level I Trauma Center. St. Luke's Hospital – Bethlehem has been an accredited Trauma Center since 1998.
